Returns & Exchanges | การคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า

Returns accepted within 15 working days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Returns are processed within 7 working days once received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — please use a trackable delivery service. If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover all return costs. Contact us at admin@minenethailand.com
Important: Exchanges are only available for size or color of the same item. For a different item, please place a new order.

When will I get my order? | จะได้รับสินค้าเมื่อไหร่?

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Sat) ship the same day! Orders after 2pm ship the next business day. Delivery within Thailand via EMS takes just 1-3 business days. For Bangkok, we also offer LINE Man messenger delivery for faster service (extra charge based on distance). International orders are sent via trackable delivery — timing varies by destination.

Great news — shipping within Thailand is FREE via EMS Post (1-3 business days)! For international orders, trackable delivery starts from THB 1,500 depending on weight, size, and destination. Bangkok customers can also use LINE Man messenger for same-day delivery (charges based on distance).
